Many restaurants nowadays, hand over menu in which ingredients of meals are enumerated and even stating how much calories in there.

Even though fizzy drinks are available in different restaurants, you can always opt out to that and instead choose water or healthier drinks like smoothies. 3. I cannot believe there is a burger with 1520 calories. That is beyond belief to me. It seems as if that burger is designed to cause damage.

  4. I have never tried any Carl Jr's burger before. Man! That's a lot of calories to burn. Anyway, that is one of the many reasons we rarely go out to eat. If we do, like on travels, we are very picky. Or go to Subway and order a healthier sandwich. Or go to a store or Deli store and buy things that you can make your own sandwhich, which we do and we find a park somewhere where the kids to eat and play and my husband and I can eat in peace. LOL! And yes, bring lots of water.

  6. My husband and I love to dine out but I don't order sodas, instead I just drink water and if they have the fresh coconut, that's what I order. I stop drinking sodas for 7 years now.

  10. we don't really dine out for the purpose of dining out :) but oftentimes, we are wandering and going home for food is too out of the way and we still have the rest of the day to wander. if we travel, I could not last eating out for straight 3 days, thus I secretly cook rice and steam vegetables in the rice cooker, haha, yes, rice cooker is one very ideal partner in our travels. we bring rice, and oftentimes, hotels have fridge, so, we just buy vegetables to put in the fridge, and that would make me happy. :) somehow, if i eat out consecutively, i feel so sick and could not last wandering.

  14. Eating foods outside the house is risky, Why? Because, we don't have any idea on how it's being prepared. We're not sure if the utensils we're using are clean and sanitized. But, there's nothing wrong in dining out. Who would not? We all do so, let's take the risks. LOL!!!
