Ingredients:

penne pasta

onion (chopped)

garlic (finely chopped)

water

1 ½ cup

tomato paste
|
1 cup

milk
|
4 tsp

beef stock pot
|
1 tbsp

dried Italian herb
|
2 cups

mozzarella cheese (grated)

2 tsp

vegetable oil or olive oil
|
Cooking instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- For Bolognese sauce, sauté garlic, onion and minced beef in saucepan over medium high heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until beef are tender. Remove excess liquid.
- Add in tomato paste, water, milk, stock pot and Italian herb. Cook for 10-15minutes Stir occasionally.
- Make layers of pasta, sauce and cheese in baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
